Privacy policy

Any personal details collected are required in order to provide you with our services, and a high level of customer service. Our correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including email. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails.

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer want to hear from The Hired, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by emailing us at jeanette@thehired.com.au.

We will never disclose your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit agreement. 

Services Delivery Policy

After agreeing to a proposal, you will receive an email confirmation from The Hired, and we will then determine a delivery schedule that meets your needs.  If we ever take a payment online, you will receive email confirmation within the next 24 hours. 

Refund policy

At The Hired, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered. For every service, we always build in two rounds of feedback (assuming max 3 hours effort) to make sure you are happy with the outcome. If, after the two rounds of feedback, you are still dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will come to an arrangement with you on a case-by-case basis.
